• DoorDash orderI do wish the meat was more tender and that the ribs werent as dry. Another few hours of cooking would be great. However, the taste is good and you get an awesome value for your money. Big portions!

• DoorDash orderHonestly wasn't a fan of the sausage ground in with the beef. Felt and tasted more like was eating breakfast sausage than eating a burger. Quality of the ingredients seemed good though. Had all the elements of a great burger, just kind of missing the ground beef patty I was looking for.

• DoorDash reviewBest BBQ in Redmond... or Bend tbh... Tri tip and brisket were perfect! Moist, fall off the bone, and flavorful! Honestly, it makes other, more established bbq places look pretty weak, (sorry Baldys.) Portion sizes are good, I'm stuffed!
