Pizzeria Luigi originally opened its doors in 2004 in the lovely Golden Hill neighborhood of San Diego, overlooking the city.
Luigi lived in Golden Hill at the time and commuted to his suburban pizzer…
I've learned my lesson. I ONLY order pizza from Luigi's now. Any other place I'm dissappointed and end up throwing it away. It's never even comparable. Thank you for bringing good pizza to SoCal (from a NJ native).

Glad they're back on door dash! Amazing pies, but extremely confusing with ordering for delivery. Sometimes I think they've gone out of business! Or opted out of delivery entirely at least. The times they do and do not accept orders make it far from a staple in this household, but always pop up as a treat when they are actually available! Recommend going in person only if possible. Maybe they could list their dash hours rather than store hours for less confusion. Glad you're still open!

The pizza is always on point here - the El Diablo is my faavvvvv! I have to get it at least once a month. Wings ( 5 ) were okay, after reheating in my air fryer they were crispy and hot.

I crave a specific taste of when I think of eating pizza. Now that I have found Pizzeria Luigi, I can never go back to basic pizza!
Best pizza in San Diego hands down!
