I had to rush to give a review after trying the broth. Wow. I'm always hesitant to try new pho and I am thoroughly impressed with this one! Not only was the beef bone broth rich, but it was packed with so much flavor and no game-y taste in the meat. The ingredients were fresh, and the portion is good for it's price. This might be the best beef pho I've had. Def ordering from here again! One thing I would suggest to customers is to let the noodles sit in the broth for a bit so they could separate. I made the mistake of trying to separate them on their own and it fell apart (Granted, I let the food sit for a bit before I opened it so the rice noodles got mushy and stuck to each). Try the 42. Thai Boat Noodles !!
