• DoorDash orderAm a new fan of Central! Other noteworthy BBQ restaurants here serve up somewhat greasy and fatty meat. Yes..... others are tasty..... but for us who are health conscious, this BBQ is both tender and tasty w/o being an artery clogger or heartburn issue. The sauce is zesty.... the coleslaw very crisp.... buns so fresh! The pulled pork for sandwiches is what we got... next up.... trying the ribs!

• DoorDash orderribs were ok but i had way way better. and the meat had too much fat on it. for the price it's definitely not worth it

• DoorDash orderMy food was really soggy and the beef was only fat. I literally wanted to enjoy it but It was all fat and cold . Didn't wanna warm it cause it was already soggy and stale . Headed to find me and my kiddo some lunch. 30 bucks down the drain.
