• DoorDash ordercame with pickles, when I ordered none. burger was cut in half as asked, but it was cut thru the wrapper, so burger had bits of paper stuck on all the cut face. bun was hard like it had been sitting under heat lamp for an hour. frys were stale.

• DoorDash ordermy Bacon and Swiss BK Royal Crispy Chicken and my Have-sies™ arrives just as I wanted but, I'd rather them ask me before replacing my sauce. I hate Zesty sauce so color me disappointed when I got that over honey mustard. I would have rather had no sauce at all. I'm a picky when it comes to sauce and zesty isn't what I ordered for my onion rings and fries.

• DoorDash orderthe patty melt was legitimately missing most if not all of its toppings, the bread wasn't even toasted, and the only thing melting here was my taste buds after the raw jalapeno slices they absently tossed on.
