We've loved Castilla since moving to the area in 2020, both dining in and ordering out. There was a period the dishes were uneven, and it became hit or miss, including our go-to fav lamb chops and patatas. Tonight, everything was spot on, including lamb chops, patatas bravas, patatas aioli, blistered peppers and the arugula, tomato and burrata salid. I noted theyve added many new traditions Spanish tapas and dishes to the menu and remo other more general mediterranean dishes that are not as close assoc with a Spanish origin, so am guessing there is a new chef directing things. The newly added blistered peppers and sea salt were brilliant, sweet with a nice spicy kick in the back end. Really love all round. One complaint prevents 5-Stars...we added an additional lamb chop, and were charged but it was not included in our order. Unfortunate oversight but we still love you and the new menu! Muchas cosas nuevos!

I used to love that place but yesterday the braised lamb shank cooking was a disaster. I hope it's an accident

The most salty food you will ever eat, they literally use a bag of salt to cook. Waste of money and horrible meal. Lamb chops is more like salt chops.

food good, except the Spanish staples, paella and tortilla espanola, which tbh Americans generally don't love when actually perfect, so just order something else instead.
