ordered two milk teas, one horchata with tapioca and one honeydew with watermelon boba. instead of following instructions, the store messed up and put the tapioca in the Honeydew Milk Tea and the watermelon popping boba in the Horchata Milk Tea , which made a truly disgusting and undrinkable beverage. so disappointing. had to fight DoorDash for a semi-acceptable refund.

This wasnt pick up. It was they have your order and then wait for you to get there to make it. I ran inside with my child in the car thinking it would be a grab and go and instead had to wait for the order to be ready. If theyre worried about it melting they should have a back up freezer or a warning posted on their page about how their pick up process works.
