Amazing bubble tea! You can tell their teas are fresh. Finally a bubble tea place in Lake Stevens! And I cant stop munching on bubble waffles.

Usually is so good but i was missing the cheesecake bites AND chocolate sauce i order on my Reeces Pieces Bubble Waffle. the Chocolate MilkShake was delicious thought super rich and creamy and the boba here is always 10/10

The one on the left is the frozen Coconut Ice Blended (Non-Caffeinated) but the one on the right does not have anything tasting like Coconut Milk Tea. Not a drop of coconut is in this thing. It ta like tea and milk only. You get 3 stars for wasting my time and money.

had the Brown Sugar Milk Tea. it was good, but not sealed all the way. I did what I always do after getting a bubble tea. I tip it and mix because of the syrup on the bottom. and when I tipped it tea came out of the side where it wasn't sealed all the way and spilled on my shirt, hand, and my stove top. sucks cause the flavor was really good.
