I’ve ordered from this place three times and haven’t gotten the right order yet. My first order was chili and cheese fries and I got the chili and cheese but no fries. The second time wasn’t their fault. DoorDash brought me somebody else’s Mooyah order instead. The third time, I ordered chili cheese burgers and got the burger with no chili and cheese on it. I still eat the food I’ve gotten and everything I’ve had from there has been delicious. Absolutely delish! It’s my new favorite place. I’ll keep trying this place and hoping I get the right order but until then I’ll keep eating whatever they bring me because it’s so good.

Food was amazing but only received one small cup of chili and was not enough for the fries and two burgers. Not happy about the serving size of chili cup for all three items, and the price I was charged for the serving size.

I was completely unsatisfied with my order. I ordered the (V) THE IMPOSSIBLE ™ PAT-B MELT which is described as having cheese sauce and comes with shop sauce. I instead received an unmelted slice of cheese and no shop sauce. The bread wasn't even toasted and the whole thing was dry. I also ordered (V) THE SHOP CHILI CHEESE CHILI FRIES which is described as having cheese sauce, chipotle crema and scallions. I instead received chili on top of a slice of cheese... not cheese sauce, chipotle crema or scallions. I feel completely ripped off. This place is quite expensive to be played with in this way.
