Pork and brisket were a bit dry, but great flavor. The Mac & cheese is a no for me. Cornbread tasted like air.

Beautifully and carefully packaged! Back ribs and sauces are deliciously spiced...but WAIT! Those garlic mashed potatoes had more salt than potato, and the greens - better have a fire hose ready! Will look for different sides next time.

I got the Rib Tips, hot link, and also the mushrooms as a side, rib Rib Tips were tender, seasoned well and cooked perfectly in my opinion, hot link was flavorful and the right amount of heat, the mushrooms were great.
