It's hard to enjoy a burrito when you can't even close it -- today's burrito was spilling out into the tinfoil before I even opened it. The portion sizes are regrettably too big for one tortilla, so it makes it a handful (and then some) of ingredients with a tortilla just plopped on top, not around it. So messy, very uneven portions, and mouthfuls of rice by the end. Not worth it.

missing my Mexican Sprite that I paid almost $5 for... this has been a problem continuously of my order not being properly fulfilled and im honestly really disappointed in the overall service from Chipotle.

Chips were cold and old.
Burrito was cold. Didnt enjoy it one bit. 3 bites and to the trash it went. Waste of $20
