Ok I just received the biggest burritos I've ever ordered at Chipotle. I usually worry when I order through doordash, cause they tend to skimp on portions - but this time, they gave me a lot of filling. Thank you for that. The burritos are so good here. I ordered mine with the red salsa for the first time, and ooh they are quite spicy. Stull delicious!

THIS CHIPOTLE IS THE NICEST CHIPOTLE EVER. THE MANAGER I THINK IS WHO I SPOKE TO BUT I APPRECIATE THEM SO MUCH!!! I have a confession. Im addicted to chipotle cheese. My brother used to work at chipotle for YEARS. He would see me in line and start preparing packs of cheese because he just knew. Ever since my brother stopped working there, ive had trouble getting enough cheese. Especially because door dash doesnt allow requests for 'extra' like the chipotle app. I called the resturant and asked for some cheese on the side and not only did they do it but they gave me a lot of cheese!!!! I put some in my burrito and ate the rest I love it so much. Just wanted to give them credit for going above and beyond. I appreciate you with my whole heart, chipotle!!!

Perfectly wrapped burrito is a must and they nailed it. No rips, no mess and all the tasty steak, cheese, salsas and veggies were devoured!!

I ordered chicken but it was so dark and strange looking not sure what it was. It turned the white rice dark brown. No veggies as ordered The guacamole was also brown.. Vey disappointed as I am on a limited budget and do not drive often.

Chipotle just doesn't care about customers anymore. Rising prices despite profitability (punishing the consumer), small portions even though their PR claims portions are back to normal, and long waits (even when ordering ahead like I did today). I would be more okay with waiting 10 min for a pick up order that's "ready" if my Burrito wasn't mostly beans and rice + missing ingredients I ordered
