Redfern, Randwick, Newtown, South Eveleigh, and now Burleigh Heads all have craft ramen bars. Always house-made noodles, toppings, and broth! With love and ethical produce.

This is my first time ordering from this store. I thought the price was a bit steep for soup, but since they are offering a 45% discount this week, the biggest discount I've seen to date on Doordash, I decided to give it a try.
First of all, the serving of the Tonkotsu Chicken Ramen is HUGE. I actually ended up putting about half of the soup away to reheat for dinner tonight. The broth came in a 32 oz plastic container and the noodles and meat were in a separate square box. I suppose this was done to keep the noodles from getting too mushy.
The noodles were thicker than the instant amen you get at the store, more like yakisoba or lo mein noodles. The broth was piping hot and not overly salty. The container was full to the brim, so if you don't have a bowl large enough to hold both, you'll have to drink off some of the broth before adding the noodles and chicken.
I added the gyoza starter for an additional charge. The gyoza were pan-fried and were crunchy and delicious. They only come in one flavor, pork. They came with two dipping sauces; one tasted like a combination of soy sauce and rice vinegar, and the other was a sweet tariyaku sauce. The latter was a bit sweet for me, but the gyoza were delicious both dipped in the soy sauce or just plain. You could also add the soy sauce to the miso broth if you like a bit more seasoning.
If I order this again, I probably won't get an appetizer, because it was just too much food to finish in one setting. A couple could probably split one serving of ramen between two bowls and then maybe share an appetizer.

We ordered Shoyu Chicken Ramen and Shoyu Pork Ramen and I will never order from this place again. They are way overpriced for little meat, half an egg, gummy noodles and broth. If you want what is in the picture it will only increase the already overpriced, bland food.

i dont expect food to look exactly like the pictures, but i at least expect it to have what was in the picture. This came with only 1/2 egg and it was a regular hard boiled egg and over cooked. Only vegetables were 2 thin slices of carrots. Noodles were over cooked and rubbery, both is very good but dose not make up for the rest and at a $19 price tag. I would almost say no stars. Maybe its better in the shop just dont get it delivered.

So the reason I chose this ramen place over Ibendoo is that Ibendoo closed early. I had chosen the Tonkotsu Pork Ramen and the quality was leagues lower than Ibendoo, the noodles were not good, no vegetables whatsoever, the egg was overboiled and had bits of the shell still left on it, and the pork was on the dry side. The reason I didn't give 1 star is because the broth wasn't bad. But the worst thing about this place is it costs MORE than Ibendoo's ramen. I won't ever buy from here again, I highly suggest you go to Ibendoo instead.

Not at all what is shown and definitely not a 20 dollar bowl of ramen. Only received several slices of pork and one egg for a topping, and the pork was cheap, presumably pre made barbecue pork. Overall quality of the noodles and the broth as well not worth the price. Egg was just a very very hard boiled egg with no marinade. Ibendoo Ramen here in Salem is a much better option. This would have been fine if the one bowl of ramen was not 20 dollars.
