• DoorDash orderIf I could rate this lower I would. The chicken taste plain no seasoning, taste like they didnt even drop this chicken in the batter before dropping it in the grease. The fries taste like 3 week old grease. Only in Suffolk can they mess up the food this bad

• DoorDash orderThis is the second time I have ordered from this store. Both times(during pick up)the customer service has been sub-par. This visit, an elderly couple that came in to order, were greeted and spoken to in a disrespectful manner. This is why Chic-fil-a is running KFC out of business.

• DoorDash orderOrdered the 12 piece family meal, with mashed potato's & gravy, Mac-n-Cheese, and corn and then a small Cole Slaw. We received the 12 piece, 2 mac-n-cheese, a lg Cole Slaw, and a small Cole Slaw. No notice we were not getting what we ordered. The food was cold and the chicken was dry and per picture looked old and not fresh. Very disappointing and not tasty at all, we ended up throwing it out. 2nd time we have not been satisfied with KFC and not received what we ordered. We used to love KFC, and are now likely to never order or eat there again.
