The Vegetable Tempura Appetizer is always good. The Jalapeño Popper Roll is deep fried...so it's good if you like that. The Ninja Roll is fine but nothing to write home about. That said, this is one of the better sushi restaurants around town and is a go-to when we want good quality sushi.

For practically $20 each.....it looks very cheap. looks no different from the quick and cheap rolls anyone can get at a Safeway store. and i can't even tell what's up with the sauce. looks and tastes more like BBQ sauce.

We ordered the fried Calamari and combination chicken Katsura dinner ,
Upon arrival the fried Calamari was over cooked and inedible and the presentation was horrible very small amount for price paid. The Chicken Katsu dinner was overcooked also. The Chicken Katsu was dry and also inedible. The only thing that we ate was the cucumber and avocado roll and miso soup. I was extremely disappointed and hungry so I don’t recommend this place unless you go in person so you can see the meal!

tuna was oxidized some of the rice was undercooked but everything else was pretty good and one of the rolls had bad avocados but id still say well worth the price of the plater if everything was good but as it is the sushi roll plater with 9 nigiri was O K at best
