we got spaghetti with meat sauce and it was the worst spaghetti I have ever tasted the sauce is nasty

I ordered the Loaded Baked Spaghetti. The sausage pieces were burnt black. The meatballs and the rest of the spaghetti was good, but there is no way no one at Fazoli's noticed that the sausage pieces were burned to a crisp.
