• DoorDash orderThe potato soup was weak and tasted like instant soup powder/flakes; the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™ was barely sauced. The taste was flat and the brisket was fatty. This is a drastic change in quality from Firehouse. I was definitely disappointed.

• DoorDash orderHorrible. Never got my order right. Didnt even receive a sandwich my second order it looked like all the scraps from the make line thrown into a bowl. Kernersville location is one i will not recommend to anyone. Ive ordered 3 times giving them the benefit of doubt. Never again. Go to Greensboro location if you want firehouse! If Icould leave no stars i would. AVOID
