They remember to include everything this time but the ketchup was sticky with some kind of syrup all over it. We didn't include anything with syrup. Surely that should have been part of the quality control.

I love Portillo's, but I am not sure if it travels well. I even paid to have it delivered priority. The fries were cold by the time the dasher arrived - although the flavor was solid. The burger tasted burnt. The side salad was fresh though.
