SO GOOD! came w/ a huge portion of rice .. the turkey wing was seasoned and tender. the pepper sauce and chimchurri were both 10/10!

For my opinion I've definitely had way better especially when I was married to a Nigerian LOL
It just left a funny aftertaste and the portions was not as big as what I'm used to in Atlanta Georgia... I used to pay $16-17 after tax for a huge plate of jollof rice two pieces of chicken and a side of plantains... but here it's $16 just for the jollof rice at extra $9 for two leg quarters and $5 for a side of plantains...
But I'm not saying I won't try this place again but I'll definitely try earlier in the day... maybe more love will be put into the food being cooked and it won't take as long lol

Beef Jollof Pasta was okayish. Alot of the peices of beef were bad cuts (maybe I was unlucky). It just feels like something flavour wise is missing.
The Turkey flats & Herbed Rice Combo Plate was not too good to me. I do love fresh ingetdients and it fees like a case of right idea but wrong execution. There were so many random herbs thrown together that didn't complement dish. Sometimes less is more.. Some herbs were hard pieces in the mouth such as thyme. The herbs and veggies maybe needed to be simmered at least a little bit and not raw. Dont put the stem of the herb in the rice. The chimichurri I was not a big fan of and has a tangy after taste so maybe improve recoliethag can go with the rice. The turkey needs a more in deph seasoning and flavor-it all seems flat.
My suggestion to the resturant: - tone down the herbs and raw veggies - simmer it some more so it dosent have that strong taste that overpowers -remove the herb large pieces of thyme and consider replacing with a finer powder version -dice tomatoes into 2 -less oil please health is wealth
Overall it's an amazing concept with the modern twists to traditional dishes. As a Nigerian myself I support you and hope you can make small improvements so that you can succeed. God bless.
