Jurassic pho with no noodle is awesome and carb (afternoon nap) free. . Crispy sping rolls are unusual. Softspring rolls are missing a grilled flavor on pork. I suggest BBQing the pork. Soft opening so they wll improve. Interior design is fun. Cant wait to try other menu items.

The beef rib was good, the pho was so-so, and had an underdone meatball that looked raw in the center. The spring rolls were really very disappointing and lacked flavor to the point the pork tasted boiled. The vermicelli bowl was okay.

not sure if this happens to anyone else but this place almost always gets my order incorrect. The first time I ordered for pick up and the servers were nice but they forgot my soft shell crab (5/10) saying they ran out of receipt paper so it didnt print the full order all the way. totally fine, I ended up waiting there for 20 mins but we worked past it. Today when I ordered for delivery my egg coffee came with no egg cream... and on top of that the Saigon Mini Crepes I ordered came with the springroll peanut sauce instead of the fish sauce its supposed to come with (which is one of the main components of the dish). I will not be ordering from them again. Food is okay but not worth all this trouble.

Triple Bowl - Triple Combo "Bun Tom Thit Nuong Cha Gio"
This was delicious, but the amount of pork was miniscule. It was like half of one skewer! Felt cheated. You might want to find a more robust Pho restaurant, there are many. The only reason I used this one is Pho Hoa stopped offering the Lemongrass Port plate, which had huge two pork chops.

It was OK, kind of bland. It would have better with chicken broth or red spicy sauce. I noticed the o gradients were very fresh though.
