At Chaska, we bring India's rich and diverse cuisine to Auburn, Washington. Our mission is to transport your taste buds on a culinary journey through the flavors and spices of India.
Greatly enjoyed the Butter Prawn and Butter Chicken. They were not oily like other restaurants and the sauces were hearty. The Mango Lassi was not too sweet and the yogurt helped neutralize anything that may hevfelt too spicy. The Samosa was very tasty and each piece was a generous size.

Butter Chicken and Garlic Naan were certifiably phenomenal - naan so soft and fluffy, butter chicken so sweet and savory. 10/10 will be ordering again

The butter chicken is incredible! Medium spice level is perfect. The simosas are crispy and flavorful and the garlic naanc is so good.
