Both the taco shells and tortilla for the burrito were stale. The chicken had gristle in it. (Several pieces). Disappointing, as Taco Time chicken was always perfect. Overall those 2 things lessened our dinner experience.

Beef was dry an crusty in my salad. Tostada bowl tasted burnt and oily.
Forgot the extra ranch I paid for.
Fresh lettuce.

The tostado shell tastes like old fry oil. Very very bad. I've never had this experience before. There were also items missing from my order.
