I have yet to have a problem with Culver's. The ButterBurger® Cheese Value Basket is wonderful. It reminds me of what burgers used to be. I can't say enough good about the food I get from Culver's. Keep it up.

The malt is advertised as chocolate but it's always vanilla and there's no option to choose.

We have never tried Culver's before, so happy we did the burgers are absolutely filling and quite delicious. The ButterBurger® Cheese is the burger we tried. The Wisconsin Cheese Curds are perfectly cooked and the seasoning was amazing! Same with the onion rings!

Ordered simple ButterBurger® Cheese with mushroom and onions, and chocolate malt with espresso. Burger was correct, hot and yummy. But definitely did not receive the chocolate espresso malt. I received a vanilla shake that was pretty liquid. Delivery was just 2 miles down the road. I doubt the shake melted that quickly. This is the second time in less than 2 weeks I have tried ordering from this location and it has been messed up. Not asking for much just want what I pay for... I won't be ordering from this location for a while.
