• DoorDash orderyou know I tend to get a tad angry when you add special instructions and they aren't read obviously because when you get the order, you're like what. I specifically asked for well done Maduros and it was like I was speaking in opposites as lightly cooked and runny were the Maduros I received no kind of crisp on the edge or nothing. I'll try Google translate next time. However I must say that I've been eating at pinolandia for quite a few years and the Carne asada was the best cuts I've ever had. I also asked for beans and rice and received white rice. That's the problem with paying fully and not fully receiving, if that makes any sense. Welcome to the new age.

• DoorDash orderMissing more than half of my order. Called the restaurant to see if they had the rest so I could just go pick it up, but when they picked up the phone they completely ignored the fact that I was on the line with them. Called multiple times only to be met with the answering machine. Shame the food I did receive was delicious, just terrible customer service.
