Ours are crafted with handmade, non-GMO, organic white corn tortillas and a blend of artisan goat and Oaxacan cheeses. Accompanied by C CASA tortilla chips, guacamole, Pico de Gallo, chipotle aioli, Fresno peppers and fresh cilantro. All are 100% Gluten Free! Our food is best eaten fresh at the restaurant. We recommend warming your quesadilla in the microwave for 30 seconds upon receiving.
We keep it healthy and yummy, using our non-GMO white corn tortillas, hormone/GMO free rotisserie chicken, Oaxacan cheese and simple but tasty beans.
