Boy has this place gone down hill. The potato wasnt cooked all the way. I asked for sour cream and didn't get it. The frosty needs more chocolate flavor.

10 PC. Saucy Nuggs Combo was delicious, plenty of bbq sauce on them. I hope they keep this because it's much better than regular nuggets

The first time I ordered these they were good. That's why I ordered them again. But this time, the items were stale. It tasted like they were made ahead of time. It did not look like they used croissant and whatever bread they used was soggy; the potato was stiff and salty and the cookie was hard and crumbly. I deserve a full refund. But I got only a partial refund. I am very disappointed and have decided not to order from Wendy's again. Also, a lot of times, when I triedto place an order it will allow me only to place the order one day in advance. What is that all about? I don't think this is good customer service.
