Favorite pho place in Longmont! I always get the Vegetarian (Pho Chay) that is vegan. They supply fresh onion, cilantro, string beans, and basil. the tofu is soft and fried on the edges. Their veggie broth is a little sweeter than I prefer, but still really good. Highly recommend

The BEST Traditional Vietnamese Spring Rolls (Goi Cuon) and peanut sauce. The he Well Done Flank Steak, Brisket (Chin Nam) is great, too. Delicious, fresh ingredients that are guaranteed to fill you up... with leftovers.

This was astoundingly great. The Rare Steak, Tendon (Tai Gan)) pho was so flavorful and fresh. The Crab Cheese Wontons were some of the best I have ever had in my life; the inside was seasoned so uniquely and deliciously.
