The store is 5 minutes away, it took almost an hour to get. The car was filthy and my Matcha Latte was spilled around the lid and side of the cup. Drinking it anyway since it was expensive, but wow

Your rating for my last 2 order have been awful service from Peets the dashers are awesome but the coffe shop is terrible u charge me . 70 for whip cream and leave it off every time ! PAY ATTENTION TO TJE ORDERS WHEN YOU MAKE THEM OR JUST GIVE EVERYONE WHATEVER YOU WANT AND REMOVE THE DAMN MENU!!!!!! Your rating is below zero! I will make it public next time and please give me my money back . $1.40 is a lotto not get what I asked for .
