I've been a long time customer of El Tepayac and have always been more than satisfied with the delicious menu choices. However, my family noticed that on the Bigger Manuel's Special Burrito that we ordered, did not have much meat. There were pieces of meat outside of the burrito and inside it was mostly beans, rice and some guacamole. It was surprising and a little disappointing especially since it was ordered as part of a birthday meal. Please make sure we have the same quality of food as when our beloved Manuel was with us. Love, love, love El Tepeyac! Have been going for over 60 years! Their food is always delicious, fresh and plentiful. We always have leftovers. From their burritos to their chile rellenos and soups, all their food is yummy and reminds me so much of my mom's. Whether you eat it there or have it delivered, you won't be sorry! highly recommend!

The carne in the carne asada was terrible!
The so called Homemade salsa was terrible with no spice!
It's not the same as what it was back in the 80's and 90's.

Burrito was dry. too much rice ,not enough meat .not enough salsa . dry burrito taste like it was yeterdays n reheted today. bad taste ,bad smell avocado should have been spreadd long ways inside the burrito for all burrito to get all guac , there was noise in the center so i did not get a taste neither did another person only the person who got the middle part . Salsa verde was god salsa roja was so mad it twas thick bibbly smelled like chipotle and comino so u know that smell like sobavos o
