They forgot my straw when I asked for one, was hard to drink my Iced Holiday Spice Latte with whip cream without one. Everything was good though and the Organic Mint Melange Tea Pouch with honey syrup helped my sore throat.

Packed with care, drink was good but very sweet, brioche bacon n egg sandwich was completely scorched and overcooked. Not sure how the burnt and black sandwich could have been missed by Peets staff.
