Bell peppers and banana peppers are not the same thing. Please pay attention to what customers are ordering, especially when a medium sandwich is $17 and you get the toppings wrong.

Unfortunately, there was so little meat on the 2 Firehouse Steak & Cheese® Combo that it tasted or onion, peppers and mustard only. Will not order again. It was an expensive disappointment.

the meatball sub tasted rancid, like the sauce or meat spoiled. I didn't eat it and this is the second time in a row they've let me down after years of great food.
