Wonderful texture - buoyant, good chew, yet tender - to their udon! Really recommend. My kiddo can take down a ton of these noodles

So good - perfect light dashi broth in hot Kakiage Udon, tempura breading was delicate. Tempura Toriten was juicy and buttery. Considered placing a second order right after!

Probably some of the best udon you can order here, but portions are on the smaller side!
