Paid for Nachos $6.50 only received chips. Paid for Extra Sour Cream $0.99 only received salsa. Want a refund on my order. Receipt $23.68 total. This was my first time ordering from here. Burrito tasted good but the staff does not know how to follow through on an order.

The el tajino combo was undercooked and the tortilla was raw, it wasnt grilled like the pictures it was soft and ripped and eerything spilled out. They won't answer their phone and put no love into your food. I alo ordered the combo however I didnt receive any French fries. Theyre lazy with food prep. And they dont want to be held accountable.
