• DoorDash orderThey accept orders even when they are out of items, then if you ask for a refund they don't give you the doordash total, just the in store total. If they don't have an item they've accepted an order for they don't prepare any of the order until you get there to ask you about it.

• DoorDash orderThe brisket breakfast bagel is tasty! It's smaller than I expected though. I was not a fan of the Twice-Baked Hashbrown. It doesn't seem like a hashbrown at all and is more like a ball of baked cheese grits.

• DoorDash orderThe bagels at this location are odd compared to the other locations. The bagels are too hard and there is a giant hole in the middle (the other locations have a minimal hole), which causes all of the cream cheese to be pushed out of every side of the bagel with each bite. You have to respread the cream cheese that falls through the giant hole each time. Definitely doesn't come close to the other Einstein locations since it's a hassle to eat such a simple item.

• DoorDash orderIdk these bagels were weird. The texture was off, some had sparse topping (sesame seeds) and others had seeds on the bottoms. They are super dry and dense, chewy . Normally there's something They press into the bottom for crunch, that's missing so if there aren't seeds the bottoms are shiny like the top of a plain bagel. Just, totally off. Also, some seemed undercooked and others eye browned (not toasted).
