I don't mind cold chips, good amount provided, I can re-heat them and they're good. However, the advertised picture of the burger(s) I expected and what i received is very different. You had an opportunity to impress and failed. One small slice of tomato, a few strands of onion and very little lettuce for a $17.50 burger? How much would it cost for a the one you advertise, which has Tomato protruding from the bun? When would I get that burger? You're cutting corners on low cost ingredients, why cheat people on every order? Just provide/deliver the product as advertised on your website which people expect. I can provide pictures if you want. Very disappointing overall, I would advise against ordering here until they lift there game and provide the product as advertised. P.

First order. COLD . One suburb away for delivery Took a bit of time for order prep but dasher was quick to get to store to pickup but food arrived really cold. Either order was sitting there way too long before dasher came or placing cans of ice cold drinks in the bag with hot food made it all cold. What a shame
