I really enjoyed my meal and sandwich. The brisket had good flavor and the sauce was very good. I appreciated that the meat was finely sliced and easy to eat.

Now this is a damn good slab of BBQ. I would highly recommend them as they are tender enough to fall apart as you eat them. and the sauce? let's just say...Chef's Kiss is a understatement.

The meat is awesome. The pork ribs fell right off the bone.
The sides were ok. Corn seemed watery, BBQ beans were ok.

The BBQ is consistently good at this restaurant, the corn on the cob is what my late mother used to call "pig corn", which would be "feed corn" for live stock. I know it's a business, and their in it to make money, but I'd definitely pay a bit more for a good piece of sweet corn. Cheers
