I took the pickles and onions off the Garlic Butter Bacon Burger, but I specifically asked for none. I wouldn't have complained, if I hadn't sat outside for almost 10 minutes while my food was ready in 3, and I just had to watch it sit on the counter.

Ordered Route 44 drink and received a child's sized sipper. Plus my burger was a MESS. Poorly made and more sauce in the box around the burger than on it.

They failed to provide my driver with a cupholder after requesting them to do so. As a result to this, my ice cream wasted all in their car and was a mess by the time I received .They also forgot to give me my cherry limemade. Horrible service.
