The breaded chicken that's traaditionally used for Sweet & Sour Chicken, was used for the Sesame Chicken in this dish. I've never seen that in my entire life. The chicken should be coated with cornstarch to get that high-heat crisp, which actually maintains the sauce coating. If you go to any other Chinese food establishment, they will always have crispy chicken coated with starch. The sauce made this chicken soggy, texture was terrible,, and the chicken isn't the same. I would really like to see you pull this off in Chinatown NEW York or Philadelphia. You might get away with it in Allentown.There's no appreciation put into this dish.
