I like how they seal the food up that way strangers cannot get in your food but sometimes when I do order white castle, everything's open

Do not take accountability for their mistakes.
They sent a Sack of Cold fries out , for an Order that Included speciality burgers and Cheese Fries.
Do not bother putting money in with this White Castles.
