4 stars because the powdered Garlic Mashed Potatoes came with the Organic Half Roasted Chicken when the photo shows brussels sprouts and because the Shelf-stable tuber dust didn
come with gravy.
The gravy takes the $8 reconstituted Factory-forged faux-tatoes and really makes them decadent.
Heads up, you don't need to order an extra side of the rehydrated starch paste called Garlic Mashed Potatoes with the Organic Half Roasted Chicken, even though the photo shows it coming with brussels sprouts it comes with powdered Garlic Mashed Potatoes and gravy.
this tuber dust pudding was a real hit.

The large Beef tartare was very small. Why make it the shape to receive the egg yolk but then no egg?
The French Fries with Aioli are not good and expensive

The Grilled Prime NY Steak (9oz) medium rare was delightful. Great flavor and the sauce was A+
Loved the frites too, what a treat that DoorDash and Chez Maman can provide this experience at home!
