Stir-Fried Rice-Noodles 炒米粉 had a deli texture to the noodles and the beef was incredibly tender. The Kimch Beef Fried Rice 辣白菜牛肉炒饭i was okay. I used some of the chili oil fromthe *Hot Chili Dumplings (6) *红油水饺（6） and that did the trick. I could eat like 3 orders of the dumplings though.
