• DoorDash orderI’ve been a regular customer at STK Steakhouse and usually enjoy their food, especially the burgers. However, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered my usual burger through DoorDash, expecting it to be cooked medium as requested. Instead, both burgers we received were burnt and overcooked, far beyond well done. This should not have left the kitchen in such a state.
Quality control is crucial, and it’s clear that it was lacking tonight. This experience has left me frustrated and now I have to find something else to eat. I hope STK Steakhouse addresses this issue to ensure it doesn’t happen to other customers.
