Put an order in the night before for morning, they didnt have one of the donuts ordered but they added 2 similar to make up for it which I felt was thoughtful and overall a great way of handling!

Ran out of fritters and didnt reach out to allow for substitutions. Just went with plain glazed. I understand the choice but maybe doubling 2 donuts that were selected would have been better. Also charged for creamer and sweetener that were not added to the coffee.
