A Most Satisfying Feast at the House of Applebee
Lo, weary and battle-worn from the trials of the day, I didst seek solace within the hallowed halls of Applebee’s, where the weary traveler finds respite and the famished are made whole once more.
The Neighborhood Burger, a noble creation, arrived before me—a patty of succulent beef, seared to perfection, crowned with cheese of the finest melt, and enrobed in a golden bun, soft yet steadfast. Each bite was a triumph, a rich and savory indulgence fit for the lords of old. The crisp freshness of lettuce and tomato didst provide balance, a counterpoint most refreshing to the sumptuous depth of the beef.
And then, the fries—oh, the fries! Not mere sustenance, nay, but golden spears of salted bliss, crisp without and tender within, a companion most worthy to the grand burger’s reign.
Thus did I dine, and thus was my spirit restored. A meal not of mere consumption, but of reverence. Applebee’s hath delivered a feast most glorious, and for that, I am humbled.

For 22 dollars and all I got was that? The fish was as flat as a hamburger patty from McDonald's and the broccoli was smaller than McDonald's nuggets while also seeming like they just used a few fingers, not even a handful, to toss some in. The only decent part was the mashed potatoes. Not very filling and definitely not worth the price.

I had the Southwest chicken bowl and French onion soup. The soup had no flavor at all. As for the bowl, I was very disappointed that it was 90% rice and again had no real seasoning or flavor. Overall I was very disappointed.

Shrimp 'N Parmesan Sirloin* the steak was cooked just like we requested the shrimp were overcooked but that was probably because shrimp keeps cooking when it was put on the hot steak. the chicken pasta was delicious.
