I was very wary in ordering such an expensive meal to go. But I was extremely pleased, as it was cooked to absolute medium rare perfection, with the knowledge it would have to travel clearly in the forefront of the chef. Excellent filet.

My strip was extremely fatty, not what one would expect for a prime steak. I would recommend Elway's all day long over this substandard meal.

Steak was over done. No utensils. No flavor. Spend $75 for an over done cold steak with no way to eat it.
