Chai Milkshake was wrapped in an individual bag for safety that I really appreciate and absolutely delicious, hitting my craving perfectly. Ohayou Gozaimasu had a perfectly cooked egg for the burger so it didn't become a dripping mess, but still added great flavor. Serving size is also great for the cost!

Yes! Umami Wagyu arrived fresh and hot. The patty is very substantial. Premium cut, quality and cooked to perfection. Loaded with flavor and juicy. Just enough fresh toppings to complement the burger that is sandwiched between a nice bun that was not greasy or soggy. Can't beat the BOGO. Perfection with an incredible value. If order out food was this tasty and incredible all the time, supply would not be able to keep up with demand. How it should be. Fries w/curry spice held up with travel and we're a nice switch from regular salted fries. I chose to dip the fries in the Nori Ranch and was pleasantly surprised. Thank You Katsu!! Keep it up.

First time ordering, everything was delicious. There is tarragon in the slaw too which I thought was a nice touch, so fragrant. Kinako sesame shake is fantastic, anyone who is a fan of nutty peanut buttery toasted flavors should consider this!

Hi! The food today was really disappointing, especially the Katsu Curry. I noticed that there was no discount applied when I received it, even though DoorDash mentioned happy hour prices at 30% off for Katsu Curry. However, your company charged me the regular price. I need a refund. The fries were seasoned with curry spice that tasted Indian, not like Japanese curry powder. Overall, the curry was not tasty; it just had color and tasted like water. Additionally, the mayonnaise was not Japanese.

Fries were a little salty but the burger was huge and delicious and the milkshake had the perfect amount of sweetness. Would order again.
