Very fresh. Lots of places mince the salmon for spicy salmon; I love that they don't. So good and priced pretty well too.

Everything tasted fabulously. I highly recommend the Karaage. My only complaint is how thick the sashimi was. Give the same amount but cut the sashimi in half
