Chicken was tough n either over or undercooked. Would like refund on this 24$ order.

One of the burgers was made correctly, the other one I wanted only onions on it and I received a burger with nothing on it.
It tasted fine though.
The French Fries are always hit or miss here and this time was a miss, Limp and soft. Blah.

I Would have given 5 stars if they didn't discontinue the Big Burger. Now I have to pay more for the Big Carl and pay for things I don't want. At least the burger was good.
The French Fries weren't limp this time.

The meat was beyond the usual fare-very exclnt flavor. So good! If other items on the menue are as good, this will be my go to. Winner. The ff however were stale & cold.
