Chicken, Sausage, Ham and Beef Brisket from the Pits were all very tasty and plentiful along with the potato salad and Pinto Beans!!

the brisket was awesome. although my sour dough was soggy and my pecan pie was destroyed, the meat was good tho. usually there a 5/5. so don't let this sway you. I was really waiting on that pecan pie tho 😆.

Everything was delicious! Made for a perfect meal! The pork was moist and tender, the poppers had a kick from the jalapeno, the ham was not salty, and the sausage had just enough seasoning and spice.
