Literally the best burgers at any establishment hands down. The level of customization is the highest I've seen anywhere and they cook them so well. It gets a little messy if you put a bunch of ingredients but that's expected, at least it's not too greasy like some "gourmet" burger places think is good. The fries are simply iconic-no description necessary.

The little cheese burger was great and I enjoyed the mushroom & onions on it. The only problem I had with it was I just couldn't get the last 2 bites in.

Bottom of bag soaked with grease, 1/3 of fries undercooked, not much ketchup or mayo on cheeseburger even though ordered regular amount.
